Lighting throughout the property was handled with a full Lutron system, giving the homeowners refined, scene-based control over every room alongside the reliability Lutron is known for. This was paired with Lutron's electric blinds and curtains, so shading moves in concert with lighting scenes — whether that's a "morning" preset that opens blinds and brings lighting up gradually, or an "evening" scene that closes everything down and dims the house for the night.

Security and access were addressed with a full CCTV installation covering the property, alongside a video entry system that lets residents see and speak to visitors at the door and grant access remotely — all viewable and controllable from anywhere via the same platform the rest of the home runs on.

For entertainment, the home was fitted with multi-room audio and video distribution, allowing music and video sources to be shared and controlled independently across different rooms and zones.
